The two of us – Louise Haskins and Dianne Nott – founded Stratia in 2007. It was our shared ambition to create a consultancy with a difference.
Firstly, between us we have decades of senior in-house experience so we understood all there was to know about the best and worst traits of external agencies. Secondly, we wanted to give our clients a superior level of service, which is why everybody who works with us is carefully selected so they share the same ethos in terms of quality and delivery.
In fact, one of the greatest plaudits we get from clients is “you guys really get us” and that’s because we go the extra mile to understand their business, what they are about and what they are trying to achieve.
Equally we develop long-term partnerships with our clients by consistently delivering the right strategic communications solutions to match their core business objectives. Today we are pleased that many of our clients regard us as much as their business strategists as they do their communications consultants.
Finally, our business model is unique. We have policies and quality standards like any other agency but unlike most, we also have the flexibility to create teams of professionals with the skills required to match a client’s exact requirements at any given time. And we’re much more efficient and cost-effective as a result.
